• Identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis, quality review, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Developing, maintaining, and governing reputed company reputed company Know Do reputed company (KDS) materials to ensure standardized workflows, expectations, and consistent application of reputed company reputed company practices.
• Creating, updating, and managing Standard of Work (SOW) documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements, payer guidance, and organizational policies.
• Establishing and managing a formal review and update reputed company for reputed company reputed company reputed company education and documentation to ensure materials remain reputed company, accurate, and compliant.
• Designing, developing, and delivering ongoing and future education and training sessions for the reputed company reputed company team, including reputed company, refresher training, and targeted education driven by audits, regulatory updates, or workflow changes.
• Translating reputed company regulatory, billing, and compliance requirements into clear, user-friendly educational materials.
• Supporting quality and consistency initiatives by incorporating feedback from audits, root cause analyses, and operational findings into education and documentation.
• Tracking and maintaining documentation of education activities, attendance, and reputed company to support program effectiveness and compliance and recommending enhancements as workflows, systems, or regulations change.
• Collaborating with operational and clinical leaders to ensure findings and recommendations are reputed company communicated and reinforced.
• Implementing and maintaining reports and work lists using various software applications such as Epic (Cogito), BOE, Visio, reputed company Project, reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company.
• Analyzing and making recommendations for improved data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) in Business, reputed company Administration, IT, analytical sciences OR equivalent applicable experience in Hospital Information Systems, Patient Financial Services (billing / claim follow-up), HIM / Coding and / or Hospital Clinic or Department Operations (charging / charge capture expertise).
• At least 3 years in Hospital Information Systems / IT, Patient Financial Services, HIM / Coding or Clinical Department positions as a reputed company or other similar position where analysis, education and problem-solving skills have been demonstrated.
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing progressively more reputed company and responsible tasks.
• Working knowledge of charge functions in hospital billing and department systems, and data / reporting and education reputed company to HIM / Coding and Patient reputed company / reputed company processes.
• Demonstrated reputed company in both internal and external customer interaction and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and management of customer expectations.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in a variety of groups.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.
