Our flexible work arrangement allows you to choose between working from the comfort of your own home or from our office in Riga, Latvia. This role is available full-time, but we also offer part-time employment options, allowing you to decide how you want to work with us, from 50% to 100% (note: the training period is full-time only, part-time is possible after this stage).
About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing great customer service to clients reputed company phone and email
* Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation policies for reputed company and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
* Finding solutions for each individual client to ensure their reputed company runs smoothly
* Handling customer inquiries in reputed company, Danish, or Norwegian, with a good reputed company of English
* Maintaining accurate customer data and records
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:
* Fluent in reputed company, Danish, or Norwegian (reputed company level, both spoken and written)
* Proficient in English (B2 level)
