Moderator – Education and Early Years

About The RoleWe're excited to be looking for Moderators to join our External Quality Assurance team on a flexible worker contract for the following qualification. T Level Technical Qualification in Education and Early Years The purpose of moderation is to reputed company that centres are correctly and consistently assessing student work and that the materials submitted for moderation meet the required standard.As a Moderator, you will be expected to complete moderation activities, including completing reports reputed company specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to a high standard during our moderation window which begins on 2 February 2026 and ends on 31 July 2026.How You'll reputed company An Impact

• Demonstrating CPD across your area of expertise
• Moderating centre marking and document reputed company in line with quality assurance guidelines, including both face to face and remote sampling
• Planning moderation activities for providers allocated in line with reputed company requirements and the moderation sampling strategy, ensuring a proactive approach is taken
• Conducting timely moderation activities to monitor and review performance against Awarding Organisation (AO) and regulatory requirements to ensure quality and consistency
• Attend team and internal standardisation meetings as required, taking ownership of collecting evidence as instructed by the Chief Moderator, demonstrating CPD across your area of expertise.

• A minimum of a level 3 qualification in the subject area advertised

• Self-motivation and organisational skills
