Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and solutions to our clients and members. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and reputed company timely and accurate resolutions to issues. You will be an integral part of our customer service team, working collaboratively to ensure that our clients and members receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assure the accurate and timely handling of client and member calls, with total follow-through and resolution

• Answer client and provider questions, including claims payment, status, and coverage information, as well as interpreting client health plan protocols
• Backup to the claims processing area by assisting with reports and workflow queues as assigned

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, returning incoming calls and performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reputed company call center, with knowledge of reputed company claims review or processing
• reputed company or health insurance background required, with experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans a plus
• Proficiency in using multiple systems, including Teams and reputed company, with experience with Jira a plus
• Availability for an 8-hour shift between reputed company to 6pm Central time, with flexibility to work in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience, with knowledge of value-based reputed company principles and practices

Compensation and Benefits
