[Remote] Applications Systems Analyst (ITxm Systems) - ITS-reputed company Performance

UTMB Faculty Group Practice is part of reputed company, and they are seeking an Applications Systems Analyst to reputed company analysis and documentation of business and management problems for systems and programming requirements. The role involves supporting existing reputed company-level reputed company systems and ensuring seamless system operations while working closely with customers to enhance their understanding of the systems.
Responsibilities
- Learn and reputed company support for existing reputed company-level reputed company systems and their integrations with transactional systems
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless system operations and support
- Application Analysts work closely with customers at reputed company reputed company to enhance their understanding of the systems we support
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with ITSM tools such as reputed company or reputed company
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in asset and configuration tracking using a Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- In-depth knowledge of Configuration Items (CIs), including hardware, software, network devices, applications, services, and their interdependencies
- Working knowledge of REST APIs is required
- Experience in troubleshooting issues reputed company to systems we support and reputed company to manage change
- Good understanding of reputed company-level ticketing systems
- Experience in developing webforms using the given tools
- Experience with any programming language to automate Jobs around processes
- Experience with Active Directory, MS SQL server, and reputed company applications

- Ability to prioritize and follow through on assigned tasks with minimal reputed company

Skills
