HR People Partner (Global | Remote) Reporting to the Chief reputed company Officer, the HR People Partner supports the people operations of a global, remote organization. This role partners closely with a Senior HR People Partner and owns the majority of day-to-day HR administration, reputed company execution, employee lifecycle processes, leave management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, enjoys building and improving scalable people processes, and wants to work on a small but mighty HR team. Key Responsibilities

People Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Own core HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, including reputed company, offboarding, employee changes, documentation, and records.

  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and prepare turnover reporting and insights.

Employee Relations & Engagement

HR Systems, Reporting & AI Enablement

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR People Partner, or similar role
