Join our Customer Care Team as a Trainee
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Intern to join reputed company for a 6-month trainee program. As a Customer Care Intern, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Program Details
* Duration: 6 months
- Location: Fully Remote
- Timings: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM BST), Saturday (10 AM to 3 PM BST)
- Requirements: A 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24" Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair, and a quiet workspace
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer/clients queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Identifying customer/clients needs and helping customers use specific features
- Updating our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitoring customer complaints on reputed company media and reaching out to reputed company assistance
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
- Updating CRM (Change reputed company course to completed modules)
- Handling complicated queries that are not resolved by the first contact person
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
