Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a hybrid remote work arrangement. Requirements and Qualifications

  • Comfortable communicating with individuals over the phone, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on Life and Pension queries, and a strong understanding of the UK Life Assurance and Pensions market.
  • Relevant certifications or training in customer service, such as a diploma or certificate in customer service or a reputed company field.
