Technical and architecture-focused role rather than pure leadership
Help establish best practices for AI/ML lifecycle management in reputed company
Support MLOps team (Eric's team, 45 days into maturation)
Address gaps in MLOps services and platform capabilities
Focus on designing for scale and speed rather than perfection

Can work near-shore with travel reputed company
Can complement future director once hired (reputed company next 60 days hopefully)
Avoids team confusion of temporary leadership changes
