This role involves ensuring smooth scheduling, quality assurance, and seamless delivery of entertainment content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekend editorial calendars across platforms and home screens
• Schedule and publish content using CMS tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on promotions and features
• Support merchandising efforts by managing content updates-additions, changes, and removals-across multiple platforms using various content management systems
• Assist with major merchandising initiatives, including programming setup, entitlement validation, and screenshot capture
• Program and troubleshoot sports & news promotions for live reputed company and OTT events
• Monitor live content for accuracy, functionality, and visual reputed company
• Flag and resolve any issues reputed company to broken links, incorrect assets, or publishing errors
• Troubleshoot content issues using internal databases, ticketing systems, and lookup tools, in coordination with reputed company teams
• Monitor content delivery from external partners, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and escalating reputed company necessary

Skills
