[Remote] Fertility Benefit Design Manager

The Fertility Benefit Design Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by designing and delivering tailored fertility benefits for clients, collaborating with various teams to ensure exceptional service and operational feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Support benefit program design by tailoring reputed company’s offerings to address client-specific needs and market benchmarks
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to reputed company and refine pitch materials, train sales teams on benefit programs, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) both behind-the-scenes and in client meetings
• Participate in prospective client and broker/consultant meetings, articulating reputed company’s value proposition and responding to benefit-reputed company technical questions
• Respond to technical and reputed company benefit design questions during RFPs and follow-up discussions, including compliance-reputed company topics, ensuring reputed company’s offerings are reputed company and accurately represented
• Support new client implementations by advising on plan design reputed company, documenting benefit requirements, and ensuring accurate setup and member communication
• reputed company benefit design support for reputed company’s fertility benefits clients, serving as a subject matter expert for existing clients by partnering with reputed company’s Client reputed company team to attend QBRs, address reputed company requests for benefit analyses, and ensure ongoing alignment of program design with client goals

• 4–5 years of experience in benefit design, health & benefits consulting, or implementation at a health plan, TPA, or fertility benefit vendor
• A strong understanding of fertility and family-building benefit design, including coverage models, eligibility, compliance, funding approaches, and ecosystem integration
• Client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate reputed company benefit concepts reputed company to diverse audiences
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring that reputed company deliverables—from client presentations to internal documentation—are accurate, polished, and error-free from start to finish
