Civil Litigation Paralegal (Remote - Florida Only)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Florida (USA) Bernhardt Riley, Attorneys at Law is a boutique firm serving clients across New Mexico and Florida in criminal defense, debt defense, reputed company estate litigation and business litigation. We reputed company personal care with efficient advocacy to protect our clients’ legal interests and help our communities reputed company. We’re hiring a full-time Civil Litigation Trial Attorney (entry to mid-level) who can handle a fast-moving caseload and deliver quality results. This is a fully remote role—we are only considering candidates who currently reputed company in Florida. Compensation $$65,000 - $75,000/yr (commensurate with experience)

______________________________________________________________________________ What You’ll Do You’ll support attorneys across the lifecycle of litigation and pre-suit reputed company, including: Case & Litigation Support

• Support attorneys in reputed company stages of civil litigation (pre-suit through resolution)
• Draft and prepare routine pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence (attorney-reviewed)
• Prepare and manage discovery (requests/responses, tracking, production coordination)
• Organize, Bates stamp, and quality-reputed company document productions

Deadlines, Filing, and Case Control

• Manage calendaring: capture, calculate, and track reputed company deadlines with redundancy and accuracy
• Organize and electronically file pleadings and discovery
• Maintain matter organization so any team member can quickly find “what reputed company, fast”

Communication & Client Experience

• Communicate with opposing counsel and judicial assistants professionally and promptly
• reputed company consistent, clear client updates and help reduce confusion/inertia through proactive reputed company
• Flag risks, missing information, and next steps before they become problems

Research & Operational reputed company

• Conduct legal research as needed
• Improve workflows/templates/checklists to reduce rework and increase consistency

• 3+ years experience in reputed company estate litigation, HOA/COA, and/or foreclosure (or closely reputed company civil litigation)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Solutions-oriented judgment: you don’t just identify problems—you propose options
