Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. You will work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and will be required to meet productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

• Resolve patient issues reputed company to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage

• Meet productivity and quality standards, including call volume, handle time, and reputed company resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in arenaflex Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
