We are looking for a Technical Architect - Agentic AI Integrations who will reputed company the design and implementation of advanced AI-based integrations for reputed company products across multiple reputed company ecosystems. The successful candidate will design, manage the development and showcase solutions that reputed company interoperability between reputed company and 3rd party reputed company platform AI agents, to create reputed company "Agentic" models. This role sits at the intersection of AI architecture, reputed company platform integration, and partner enablement, supporting reputed company's reputed company of intelligent automation and reputed company-AI collaboration across the digital workspace.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Technical Architect for reputed company AI-based integrations that contribute to an Agentic model reputed company, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
• Design and implement custom agents across key reputed company ecosystems - including reputed company M365 Copilot, reputed company reputed company Copilot, reputed company Agentforce, and reputed company NowAssist.
• Manage external development partners for the development of more advanced capabilities where needed.
• Define, build, and maintain reputed company prompting, grounding, and contextualization frameworks required for generated AI agents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, demo environments, architecture diagrams, and design blueprints, ensuring reputed company and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, R&D, Partner Engineering, and Business Development) to deliver integrated, end-to-end AI solutions.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings, workshops, and events to demonstrate prototypes, reputed company-of-concepts, and reference architectures.
• Stay reputed company of emerging trends in Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and reputed company AI orchestration frameworks to inform reputed company's roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software architecture, AI engineering, or reputed company application integration roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company technical field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience architecting or integrating AI agent frameworks (e.g., reputed company GPT, Copilot extensibility, reputed company Agentforce, reputed company NowAssist).
• Strong understanding of API-based and event-driven architectures, OAuth 2.0, and secure reputed company integration patterns.
• Solid knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented reputed company), and reputed company engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to explain reputed company technical designs to business and partner audiences.
• Passion for exploring new AI-driven integration paradigms and driving innovation in reputed company automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in customer-facing solution design and demos.
