What You'll Do

As a Staff Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support for the management team and staff
• Controlling, auditing, and screening local invoices through InvoiceWorks and distributing as required
• Investigating and resolving office technology issues, including phone and copier machines
• Tracking and ensuring employees complete reputed company obligations, including system reputed company, workspace allocation, and other necessary tasks
• Assisting with station event planning, coordination, and execution
• Handling financial transactions and reporting in Workbrain for the management and care staff
• Processing deprivation letters and arranging local communications and responses
• Overseeing employee termination, including approvals and tasks as required
• Assisting with timekeeping capabilities, data entry, data validation, compromises, and recording
• Maintaining accurate employee records and station meeting plans
• Gathering and managing various intermittent reports, including performance, review, cost, employee engagement, and recognition
• Updating required manuals and maintaining reputed company reputed company-reputed company items
• Serving as backup for various finance capabilities
• Overseeing records for OSHA, reputed company, and other compliance-reputed company tasks
• Assisting with budget planning and compromise, including monthly closeout of reputed company charges
• Upholding inspecting exercises as required

• Liaising with CRE/Offices and vendors to follow local projects, as needed

• Performing other duties as required

• A Bachelor's degree in any field
• Previous office/administrative experience

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
