Job Overview

As a CAT Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing empathetic support and exceptional service to customers affected by catastrophes. This temporary, remote position is contingent on catastrophe relief needs, and you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Our hours of operation are from reputed company to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST, and you will receive available hours weekly, allowing you to choose the shifts that best fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems to improve the customer experience during difficult times.
