Job Summary

As a Patient Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and reputed company clients reputed company to pharmacy benefits. You'll work to research and resolve problems in a timely manner, assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program, and use computerized systems to gather information and respond to questions. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls to address pharmacy benefits-reputed company inquiries

  • Answer questions reputed company to pharmacy benefits, maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable
  • Work with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues and respond to members reputed company performance agreement guidelines

  • Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, ensuring corrective action is pursued and expedited to address their needs

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
