This role is designed for someone who can own the Shorts pipeline end-to-end and understands how to create high-retention, clickable, culturally aware political content. You will be responsible for producing and posting a minimum of 6 Shorts per day (up to 10/day), with a strong focus on retention, titles, thumbnails, and SEO. Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube Shorts from:
• Long-reputed company reaction videos

• Meet daily output and quality standards without micromanagement

Output Expectations

• Minimum: 6 Shorts per day
• Maximum: Up to 10 Shorts per day
