This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United Arab Emirates We are hiring an SEO Team reputed company / Assistant Manager to scale organic growth across multiple client accounts while building and managing a high-performing SEO team. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own strategy for reputed company accounts, mentor SEO specialists, review execution quality, manage client communication, and help build scalable SEO systems using AI, automation, and data. You are expected to think reputed company rankings towards business impact, visibility in AI-driven search (SGE), and long-term organic growth engines. This role is ideal for someone reputed company to move from senior execution into people, process, and strategy ownership. This is a remote position and requires strong communication skills, self-management abilities, and proficiency in remote collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities 1. SEO Strategy, Account Ownership & Client Leadership
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy for high-value and reputed company client accounts
- Translate business goals into clear, scalable organic growth roadmaps
- Act as the primary SEO reputed company of contact for assigned key clients
- Review and approve audits, recommendations, and execution plans
- Present SEO strategy, performance insights, and growth plans to stakeholders

Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a reputed company field
- 5–7+ years of SEO experience, with 1–2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing teams and multi-account SEO delivery
- Strong expertise across technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO
- Experience working with AI-driven SEO tools and automation workflows
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
