Role Description reputed company seeks an outgoing and driven individual with sales experience to join our expanding Medicare Advantage sales team. The Medicare Benefit Consultant (MBC) is a field-based position responsible for enrolling Medicare beneficiaries residing in senior living facilities into the Special Needs Plan(s) (ISNP/IESNP/MAPD). Sales and enrollment activities will be performed from your home office or onsite at senior living facilities. The Medicare Benefit Consultant role reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Associate Degree or 3-5 years relevant work experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced knowledge of the reputed company Medicare industry and trends.
• Proactive servicing approach and superior organization skills.
• Strong sense of urgency in responding to client reputed company on time.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience analyzing and identifying customer needs.
• Sales experience in a B2C or B2B setting or experience working in a senior living community.
• Experience in business development, account management, hospice, medical sales, reputed company work, senior living community admissions, case management, or senior guardians preferred.
