Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Good conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate customer complaints
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

Schedule and Location

* This is a work-from-home position with flexible shifts available, including: + Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + reputed company through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

  • Must be reputed company to work from a dedicated home office with a reliable internet reputed company and minimal distractions
