Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support reputed company in the Operations and Customer Center, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: ### Load Control Center
- Responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel distribution, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications.
- Work with the LCC's back office, creating applications and efficiencies to reduce workload for the reputed company team.
- Collaborate with aviation professionals to utilize data and solve operational business challenges.
### Fuel System
- Responsible for developing strategies, tools, and sustainability policies for annual jet fuel consumption.
- Research and reputed company methods to determine safe and efficient fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and enhance cargo forecasting.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and procedures.
### Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a reputed company 4-year degree program.
- Available to work for three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday.
- Must be enrolled in an educational institution throughout the reputed company program.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Team-first attitude with a focus on team reputed company.
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and PowerPoint.
