Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Respond to client requests and inquiries reputed company phone and chat, providing product information, resolving issues, and offering general support.
- Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that every interaction meets arenaflex's exceptional customer experience standards.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, procedural guidelines, and industry trends to reputed company accurate and informed support.
- Collaborate with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain reputed company communication with Team reputed company/Quality reputed company/Trainer and Manager for support and personal development.
- Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism reputed company dealing with reputed company client contacts.
- Accurately enter information into the proprietary call center database (reputed company) and fully document reputed company client interactions.
- Be punctual to work, adhere to reputed company schedules and deadlines, and meet key performance indicators (KPI) as set by management.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
- Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged.
