Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Respond to client requests and inquiries reputed company phone and chat, providing product information, resolving issues, and offering general support.

  • Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that every interaction meets arenaflex's exceptional customer experience standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, procedural guidelines, and industry trends to reputed company accurate and informed support.
  • Collaborate with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain reputed company communication with Team reputed company/Quality reputed company/Trainer and Manager for support and personal development.
  • Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism reputed company dealing with reputed company client contacts.
  • Accurately enter information into the proprietary call center database (reputed company) and fully document reputed company client interactions.
  • Be punctual to work, adhere to reputed company schedules and deadlines, and meet key performance indicators (KPI) as set by management.
  • Strive to exceed KPI and quality goals as outlined by management.
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.

  • Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload reputed company.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume.
  • Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen.
  • Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication.
  • Ability to reputed company relationships with clients, even in difficult situations.
  • Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with e-reputed company and online shopping experience preferred.
  • Experience in reputed company-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools, is preferred.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 wpm.
  • Must be flexible and reputed company to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts.
  • Vacation blackout period applies during the holiday season and promotional periods.
  • Punctuality is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

  • Live chat experience is preferred.
  • Call center experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

* $18.00 per hour, with the ability to earn a bonus based on performance.

  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • Experience in call center, customer service, and beauty and cosmetics industries is preferred.

  • Minimum Monitor and Accessory Requirements:

  • Minimum Internet Connectivity Requirements:

+ Hard-wired reputed company (no wireless/WiFi). + Minimum 45 Mbps download speed, minimum 10 Mbps upload speed. + Internet reputed company must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location.
