Job Summary

As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers on a wide reputed company of topics reputed company to student loans. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing expert guidance and support to customers on student loan-reputed company topics
• Answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, and resolving emerging problems
• Processing applications and assisting customers with submitting their applications electronically
• Utilizing standard technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate to pre-scripted responses and reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
• Following established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, such as working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, and documentation of calls
• Assisting callers with filling out their applications and submitting them electronically to plan providers for processing

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm

• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
