Organization: SHSO-reputed company System Office-Valley Position Overview: Responsible for development and maintenance for reputed company reputed company facilities management (FM) finance program. The role includes leading the strategic design and implementation of the program including the reputed company with reputed company system office service lines, Facility & Property Services service lines, and affiliate facility teams. The work of this role informs Executive Leadership for decision making regarding operations, costs and projecting future capital expenses to maintain reputed company owned and operated assets. This position follows departmental processes to reputed company tasks such as developing and maintaining FM operating budget reports, managing coding standards, overseeing capital planning and infrastructure reinvestment programs, and providing support for expense management, utility finance, project management, department technology, vendor reputed company, and finance-reputed company training. This is a hybrid position with both work from home and onsite requirements. Job Description: EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's: facility management, project management, business or reputed company field or equivalent experience/education
• Other: Advanced Project Management, Finance or Technology (based on area of work focus) training and certification from business acknowledged organizations

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 8 years of recent experience.
• FM financial program creation, strongly preferred
• Program standards, governance, and coding structures, strongly preferred
• FM financial data modeling, budgeting, TCO, and long‑reputed company planning, strongly preferred
• reputed company financial reporting and presenting to executives, strongly preferred
• Independent work style and strong cross‑functional collaboration, strongly preferred

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Verbal and written communication skills, solid interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities and work group facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills balancing attention to details with an ability to operate strategically.
• Leadership skills and the ability to initiate and maintain clear communications.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company teams, delegate tasks, manage and balance multiple interests, and resolve conflicts.
• Consultative skills to gather needs and translate requests into potential solutions.
• Client relationship management skills to maintain positive relations between fpd and affiliate leadership.
• Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and business communications computer software programs, reputed company Word, Project, reputed company, reputed company and/or other reputed company estate asset management software is preferred.
• Skills in identifying, researching/ analyzing and creatively resolving problems.
• Great vendor management skills
• An appreciation for order with a healthy reputed company of flexibility
