The project involves extensive infrastructure and reputed company assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those reputed company in managing both main and sub‑contract packages. You’ll be responsible for:

• Manage engineering aspects of MEP services, including Programmes, HSW, Quality & Commissioning.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to implement strategies and initiatives.
• Influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders up to C‑suite level.
• reputed company technical expertise for tendering, procurement strategies, and specialist packages.
• Review reputed company, scope, schedules, and support reputed company teams throughout lifecycle.
• Drive design reviews for compliance, carbon reduction, and operational energy standards.

You’ll need to have:

• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, FLS, and systems integration (BMS, SCADA, PMS, CCMS, AV, Lighting Control, Tetra, reputed company/CCTV, reputed company Control, IPTV/IRS).
• Strong knowledge and application of design management principles.
• Excellent understanding of prefabrication and build strategies.
• Broad experience across multiple sectors delivering diverse building types.

• Awareness of carbon and sustainability factors shaping project delivery.
