As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will reputed company the Reporting & reputed company Hub teams to enhance how reputed company customers manage their compliance programs, focusing on data products and product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale two high-performing engineering teams by reputed company, hiring, and developing engineers across Reporting and reputed company Hub, identifying talent gaps and continuously raising the bar
• Drive execution on multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, including reporting infrastructure improvements, reputed company Hub development, and My Program dashboard capabilities
• Set technical direction and guide product strategy for data products, working closely with 2 Product Managers and cross-functional partners to reputed company our reputed company data strategy
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balancing 0-1 product development with infrastructure investments while maintaining reputed company and quality
• Partner with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to define and push down compliance definitions across business units, creating a reputed company reputed company experience

Skills

• Have 5+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role, with proven experience managing 10-15+ engineers across multiple teams or product areas
• Have managed 2+ distinct product areas or teams simultaneously, demonstrating ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and define strategy where it doesn't exist
• Possess strong technical depth—ideally as a former senior or staff engineer—with ability to guide data infrastructure and product architecture reputed company
• Have demonstrated track record of delivering results across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and reputed company
• Have experience setting product and technical strategy in partnership with Product and Design teams
• Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives in a prior role
