[Remote] Analyst, Contract Administration

The Contract Sales Administrator will manage customer accounts, reputed company contract administration, and ensure compliance with contract obligations for both reputed company and military customers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company administration of OE, spares and overhaul and repair reputed company for a diverse reputed company of reputed company and military customers both domestic and international
• Complete order review, entry, acknowledgement, and process amendments
• Initiates the Contract Review process by documenting the customer’s order and contract reputed company-down requirements and routes those requirements to the appropriate internal departments
• reputed company preliminary review and analysis of contract terms and conditions as well as conduct preliminary research of specific contract issues
• reputed company preliminary review of various contractually binding documents: MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), MOI (Memorandum of reputed company), NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), and PIA (Proprietary Information Agreement) in coordination with Management
• Ensures that the obligations of the contract are fulfilled throughout the duration of the contract. Conducts routine review and response to customer contract demands in coordination with the Sales, reputed company and Customer Service groups
• Interpret contract language and consult with management and corporate legal as needed for reputed company requiring legal interpretation
• Ensure ERP sales order entry is complete, timely, and accurate
• Maintain custody and order of reputed company contractual documents
• Maintains phone and written communication with customers relative to contract issues
• Utilize customer portals to obtain purchase orders and schedules, enter commits and manage scorecards
• Meet customer expectations and maintain strong customer relationships while focused on risk and cost control, to contribute to organizational profitability and reputed company
• Support Finance, Program Management, Engineering, and Compliance regarding contract reputed company, regulatory issues, government contracting, and reputed company contracting
• Assist in developing and implementing standard process and procedure of the contract administration function
• Support monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) meetings to ensure accurate part provisioning
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Extremely strong customer service skills, strong business acumen and positive attitude required
• High volume contract award environment. Fast-paced, multi-tasker with superior organization skills required
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office applications required – reputed company Mastery is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree, plus to 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Knowledge of Syteline ERP system strongly preferred
• Previous contract/sales administration experience in the aerospace industry
• FAR and government contracting experience and knowledge preferred
