Medication History Pharmacy Technician - CarepathRx - US Remote
Job Overview The Medication History Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of reputed company) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing reputed company clinical and administrative tasks. Shift: You will be required to work reputed company from 8a – 11p, Sun – Sat. Main Duties Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies. Document reputed company medication details in electronic records. Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies. Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims.
Qualifications
State Pharmacy Technician License National Pharmacy Technician Certification required. 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals. Preferred: Prescription data entry and project coordination experience. Strong computer skills Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech. Ability to work independently or reputed company a team. Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills; emergency availability. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 17.75 - 25 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
