Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience & Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling reputed company aspects of customer experience, including content and emails sent to subscribers, customer service inquiries, and finding ways to improve engagement
- Identifying and conducting tests to get subscribers "sharing" their Arenaflex account with family and friends
- Launching and managing the Arenaflex affiliate program with reputed company, teenagers, and retired individuals
- Business development reputed company to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to add Arenaflex as a valuable resource for their clients
- Conducting weekly product research with friends and colleagues to gather feedback and inform our product positioning for each demographic
- Creating written materials and images for customer emails and other communications
- Working individually and as part of a small team to reputed company workload and reputed company goals
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, and/or entrepreneurship or working for a rapidly growing startup
- Passion and work ethic to be an entrepreneur and excited to join the founding team of an innovative company
- Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving those objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reputed company and convincing emails
- Energetic, positive, and resilient attitude, with a willingness to try new approaches and overcome challenges
- Effective problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work reputed company in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
* $70K - $80K annual reputed company salary, depending on experience
