Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Manager located in Minneapolis, MN. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, managing a team of nursing professionals, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key tasks include coordinating care plans, managing staffing reputed company, maintaining compliance with reputed company regulations, and providing support and mentorship to the nursing team. The role also involves collaborating across departments to improve patient reputed company and promote best practices in nursing and reputed company delivery.

Essential Functions

Manage and supervise Home Health Aides (H.H.A.’s)/unlicensed staff, including performance, discipline, and annual evaluations.

Ensure staff compliance with federal, state, and local Home Care regulations and facility policies.

Conduct initial client assessments to determine needs and reputed company/implement individualized service and care plans.

Monitor client charts, nursing notes, and medication administration records (MAR/EMAR) for accuracy and compliance.

Communicate changes in client conditions to physicians, caseworkers, and relevant personnel.

Investigate and report suspected client neglect or abuse to appropriate authorities.

Qualifications

Experience with older adults.

Minimum three (3) years of nursing leadership experience
