Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our reputed company server remains a safe and respectful reputed company for reputed company users. This will involve moderating chat conversations, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts in a fair and impartial manner. You will work closely with our community management team to identify and address any issues that may arise, and reputed company excellent customer service to our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to our users and responding to their inquiries and concerns
• Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and rules, and ensuring that they are enforced consistently and fairly

Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
