Job Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, responding to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and telephone etiquette.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute, with proficiency in reputed company applications, particularly reputed company Word.
