Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
- Making outbound calls to customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their subscription reputed company
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, emails, and phone calls

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Reliable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps download speed)
- PC or laptop with at least reputed company 8 or High Sierra IOS
- USB headset for taking calls
- Dedicated, quiet workspace with minimal distractions
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week (weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM)
- Solid PC skills, including data entry, systems navigation, and basic troubleshooting
- Must live in Wyoming or Kansas
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a subscription management or reputed company industry
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
