Job Summary
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, process data entry tasks, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

- Process data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and update patient information
- Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)

- Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:

Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
