As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our valued sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company exceptional support.
Your Role: Seller Operations Associate
As a Seller Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers, providing reputed company-time assistance, and resolving issues in a fair and constructive manner. Your role will reputed company through three key stages:
30 Days in: Setting the reputed company
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge about arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplace.
- Learn how to identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems, developing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

60 Days in: Taking Ownership
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the root cause and resolving issues fairly and constructively.

- Navigate our order queue, determining what requires attention to reputed company reputed company-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
90 Days in: Advancing Your Skills

Compensation and Benefits
* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility
