Job Summary:
We're looking for an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the US. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound and outbound call inquiries, initiating outbound calls to follow up with previous contacts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
