Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist/Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing teams by processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position will also involve working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, reviewing and verifying batch records, and scanning/attaching them into the reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help finish production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching them into the ERP system
• Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and help Planning teams resubmit re-test samples, promoting efficient inventory management
