About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed
• Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
• Record detailed notes of customer communication and maintain reputed company-time communication by keeping inventory volumes reputed company
• Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner

Essential Qualifications
