IT Services Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision, provides first level support for users of SCDC Health IT Systems including:
- Electronic Health Record
- Offender Management System
- Lab Information System
- reputed company System
- Pharmacy Information System
- Medical Videoconferencing
- reputed company other medical technologies.
- Assists the Electronic Health Record (EHR) support staff with advanced level support of end users.
- Provides first level support and help desk services for users of SCDC mainframe system, PC network and telecommunications.
- Serves as the central reputed company of contact for reputed company passwords, user IDs, reputed company questions, and problems.
- reputed company of contact for reputed company IT and telecommunications hardware/exchange/repairs to include: printers, card scanners, pagers, telephones, cell phones, receipt printers, digital cameras etc.
- Serves as back-up to other help desk staff members in the performance of their duties and continues cross-training so reputed company members will be reputed company to assist with reputed company help desk duties.
