Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to work as Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and account management support to our clients during times of need. This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs, with reputed company and a competitive hourly reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provides positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs.
- Offers reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
- Collects and documents reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identifies and resolves customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
- Utilizes call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, we require the following computer and network specifications:
