Job Summary

As an reputed company Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to borrowers through phone calls, chats, and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, chats, and outbound calls to assist borrowers with their questions and concerns

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm

• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
