Job Summary
As a Live Chat Specialist - Collections, you'll be responsible for communicating with delinquent borrowers reputed company different digital communication channels, finding solutions to bring their loans to a reputed company status, processing payments, and maintaining records of contacts and payments. This role requires exceptional written communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
