Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction and build sustainable relationships with customer accounts
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
