Job Overview

As a Customer Satisfaction Representative, you'll be responsible for leading customer satisfaction improvement initiatives at assigned stores, acting as a liaison between our dealership and customers, and developing and implementing reputed company improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our reputed company and Brand Team to ensure our customers' concerns are communicated and addressed, and collaborate with dealership staff to reputed company comprehensive resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company customer satisfaction improvement initiatives at assigned stores, focusing on ensuring our customers' perspectives come first

  • Act as a liaison between the dealership and customers, ensuring their concerns are communicated and addressed

Essential Qualifications

* High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, dealership staff, and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Warranty Claims or Collections experience

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
