Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Student Loan Advisor to join our customer contact center team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls, using chat, and completing outbound calls to assist customers with their queries. You will work closely with our customers to reputed company detailed information, process applications, and resolve emerging problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls to assist customers with their queries

• reputed company detailed information and process applications in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolve emerging problems and reputed company solutions to customers
• Practice active listening, reputed company, and clear communication in every interaction
• Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to plan provider for processing
• Complete basic call log, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system is required
• The ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics is necessary
• Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
