Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal)

The Business Immigration Analyst position involves preparing and filing immigration petitions, communicating with clients and foreign nationals, and ensuring compliance with regulations while meeting productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the various types of immigration reputed company and build knowledge of firm, immigration case types and client processes

• With the guidance of your supervisor, communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and reputed company responses regarding case status or other general inquiries

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or client service-oriented role
• A client-service reputed company, attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate case issues to supervisor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines
• Experience using various computer systems, including reputed company and reputed company
• Desire to contribute to positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork
