They are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Coordinator to join their reputed company, providing administrative support and implementing best practices in recruitment. This role is temporary, lasting for 8 months, and requires bilingualism in French and English.
Responsibilities

- Stay reputed company on our policies, practices and guidelines for reputed company transactions
- Support team for the reputed company & administrative tasks
- Coordinate the background reputed company process, including applying the escalation guidelines to reputed company hires and job changes
- Ensure that reputed company processes conducted in reputed company (Contact People) are in line with identified workflows to ensure data reputed company and best in class stakeholder experience
Skills
- Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular reputed company with colleagues across the country
- 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination
- College or university degree with a reputed company specialization or a combination of education and work experience
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities
- Strong team player who embraces change and is committed to reputed company improvement
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and excellent customer service
- Positive attitude, autonomy, and strong sense of ethics
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills along with a proven ability to build relationships

- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
