[Remote] Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and engaging potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company 65–75% of your pipeline reputed company outbound prospecting
• Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
• Book 8–12 reputed company meetings per month
• Maintain CRM data accuracy above 90%
• Convert 20–30% of inbound leads into sales conversations
• reputed company 50–70 outbound calls and send 25–40 tailored emails daily
• Execute multi-touch prospecting campaigns
• Engage decision-makers with reputed company and confidence
• Partner with Marketing to drive event attendance and net-new opportunities

Skills

• Experience in a sales or BDR/SDR role with track record of hitting goals
