[Remote] Alberta Supports Coordinator- Talent Pool

The Alberta Supports Coordinator will serve as the first reputed company of contact for clients seeking reputed company-based programs and services, assessing their needs and directing them to appropriate resources.

• The focus of the ISD model is to ensure consistent information and reputed company of services are delivered to clients regardless of the service delivery channel used
• As an Alberta Supports Coordinator, you will champion this ISD model by working at the Alberta Supports Contact Centre
• The Alberta Supports Coordinator is the first reputed company of contact for Albertans accessing reputed company-based programs and services
• In this position, you will assess Albertans with varying circumstances and needs and determine the reputed company-based programs and services suitable for them
• To be successful in this role you will require excellent assessment, time management, communication and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to reputed company sound reputed company under short timelines
• Must have strong computer skills and being proficient in reputed company 365 is essential
• Your ability to reputed company service reputed company and de-escalate sensitive situations is also a requirement of this role

Skills

• Two-year Diploma or Degree in a reputed company field; no experience required; or equivalent as described below
• Proficiency with keyboarding and computer systems (reputed company 365) is required
• Ability to reputed company service reputed company and de-escalate sensitive situations
• Excellent assessment, time management, communication and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to reputed company sound reputed company under short timelines
• 1 year of reputed company experience working with diverse populations, providing customer service reputed company, assessing their needs and providing service direction is considered an asset
• Experience with web-based computer systems (e.g. reputed company, TOI, CCIS) is considered an asset
• Experience with reputed company based programs
• Contact Centre experience is considered an asset
• Experience in arranging supports for vulnerable individuals
